Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdviceSahi platform, operated by Argus Fintech Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using AdviceSahi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

AdviceSahi is available exclusively to individuals who hold a valid IRDAI registration as an insurance advisor, financial advisor, or equivalent licensed professional. By registering, you represent that you hold a current, valid IRDAI license, all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, you will maintain your IRDAI credentials in good standing during your use of the platform, and you are at least 18 years of age with the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Platform Access and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the AdviceSahi platform for the purpose of conducting insurance portfolio analysis and advisory for your registered clients. You may not use the platform to generate analysis for clients without their informed consent, share platform access credentials with third parties, use output from the platform in a manner that misleads clients, attempt to reverse engineer the platform's analytical methodology, or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable IRDAI regulations or Indian law.

3. Client Data and Consent

When using the platform to analyse a client's insurance portfolio, you are responsible for obtaining the client's explicit informed consent before accessing their email, DigiLocker, or uploading their documents, ensuring the client understands the nature and purpose of the data sharing, using client data exclusively for the advisory purpose for which it was collected, and maintaining appropriate records of client consent in accordance with IRDAI requirements.

4. Analysis and Recommendations

Analytical outputs are tools, not regulated financial advice. The IRR calculations, HLV models, coverage gap analyses, and policy scores produced by AdviceSahi are analytical outputs intended to inform professional advisor judgement. They do not constitute regulated financial advice as defined under IRDAI regulations.

You, as the licensed advisor, are solely responsible for the advice you provide to clients based on platform outputs. The Company accepts no liability for advisory decisions made by advisors using the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, methodology, design, and content comprising the AdviceSahi platform are the exclusive property of Argus Fintech Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Advisory reports generated by the platform for your clients are licensed to you for the purpose of client communication.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by email to registered advisors at least 30 days before taking effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Argus Fintech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform access if you breach these Terms, if your IRDAI credentials lapse or are revoked, or if your conduct poses a risk to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@advicesahi.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
